They have a septic tank that was being flooded out as well. This made it impossible for the kids to play in the yard. We captured the underground stream and diverted it to the above ground stream. Put French drains in the low spot and collect the water coming from the neighbor's yard. Did some grading and now they have a back yard they can play in and enjoy. Now their septic tank is working correctly. This yard took two different types of drains and some grading to make it right for the homeowners. This project took a lot of experience in this type of work. This experience comes from years of working in this field and being the one that has been out front in our own drain designs that no other company has.
